Looks like a pretty nice helmet...with a lot of good features and a very good review pluse I like the lights on the back. The only thing I'm not really keen on is it's not a Snell rated helmet, or at least I didn't see it. Snell M2000 I think is the good rating for a helmet for use with motorcycles...hence the "M" in the Snell rating.

My kids and I race karts and we all have KBC Helmets. I use the VR1 Euro which I think now is a few years old. The quality is amazing and if you shop you can get them pretty cheap...slightly over $100 and the VR1 Euro is a Kevlar composite helmet, very light and strong. Plus the liner is removable and washable and has ear and cheek pads that can be removed if needed. The visors also have a multi position ratchet position and usually I will keep my visor open to the first notch (about .125 inches) if I ride my R with a windshield.

Do a google search for KBC helmets and read some reviews...the site that had the good review of the helmet you're looking at has reviews on most the helmets. KBC's have very good quality and have been compared to Shoi which I think are rediculously priced.

I bought all my helmets from Bye Cycle Gear they have an Ebay store...Bret is great I think he's the owner. They're in Tennesee (931) 853-4441. They sell different helmets and bend over backward to make sure it fits. Hope this helps. Good luck.
