Oh yeah! I'm happy!... and Thanks! 3 Years, 11 Months ago
When I bought my Roadie 10 weeks ago the mileage I was getting totally sucked. I've been tinkering with it ever since and yesterdays fillup gave me 41 mpg. That's not be the best I have seen on here but it's great for the way I rode it during this last tank full. Less than half was highway but at 80-85 mph. The rest was red light to red light. When I take off it's not gentle and passing is full throttle. Not to mention the guy on the crotch rocket that wanted to play at the red light. All this while it pulls around a guy weighing in at 295. And I was also making a few adjustments during this time.
But above all I have to thank the Clinic and the people here for all the tech info and advice. Working from others experiance always helps.

In the hope that it will help others I'm going to make a seperate post listing all my changes.

Thanks again everyone!

Looking good. That's the next thing I need to do is tinker to get better mpg's. I'm around 33-36 right now.

You think it could be draining out of that cannon you're carrying around??? If you ever want to trade tins or exhaust you call me. That setup looks lethal!!!!
