Well my California Ride is done. Absolutely Fantastic!!!! Trailered the bikes to Vegas. Started out through Death Valley. The weather was excellent, a little warm below sea level but fairly cool for the most part. This was the one part of the trip I was dreading (cause of heat), but it was spectacular. The road into King's Canyon was still closed so we headed north on the 395 to Yosemite. The first lake we saw on Tioga Pass was frozen over still!!! Nice and cool riding. Through Tioga down to Yosemite Valley. Up to Lake Tahoe. Over to Santa Rosa and the vineyards.
Down the Great Pacific Highway 1 to LA. Over to the Rock Store, across the Mojave back to Vegas. 2350 miles of incredible scenery, nice and cool weather, no rain.
Met up with Matt(BlkCherryBomb) in Placerville and we rode a ways to Sacramento. Also met with Steve (smhowse) at the Rock Store. It was great to meet both of you and thanks for taking the time. I grew up in LA but there's no one left I know there, so a couple of Roadie buddies to shoot the breeze with was good. Besides, I met Matt at an In & Out Burger and Steve at the Rock Store, 2 of my all time favorite places.

It was a pleasure meeting you Bru. The ride was fun and the weather was pretty ideal. Glad to see you and your son made it back home safe. If you come back out this way again look me up.
