If the kids on the scooters wave to me I'll always wave back because they usually get a kick out of the big leather-clad biker giving them a wave. During the summer months we get hundreds of bikes through this area every week and it's rare that passing bikers don't wave to one another. On average... Metric riders wave. Usually. Crotch rocket riders act like you don't exist. Always. Harley riders. 1/3 look first to see if you are on a Harley. 1/3 don't bother. 1/3 wave.
