Start by typing in the FULL address of the pic, ie:
http://www.bobstarcustoms.com/imgages/picture.jpg

Then highlight the address you just typed in and click on the Img tag at the top of your post area.

Be aware that many websites will prevent linking to thier pictures directly, in fact if you are not on one of thier pages, you will not be able to see the pictures. If the pictures link directly to your site, and you website allows this, it should work.

Also, URLS in your messages need to have both open and close url tags. The smae rules apply to urls for full addresses as well. Type in the full address, ie: http://www.bobstarcustoms.com , then highlight the full address and click on the url button at the top of your post window. It will insert both url tags for you.

If you leave off the "http://" part, the url will not work.
