I think I created a monster.

Here is how it works currently. This is a work in progress so stay tuned, but I think this will be the best way to handle it. My supplier requires a minimum order of 300.00. Since many of us don't need a 300.00 purchase here is what we can try. We will try a purchase pool where everyone can put their order in the purchase pool. When the pool reaches 300.00 or more, I can make the order. So here is what I have come up with.
1. Pick the items you want from

2. PM with the item numbers, quantity, size, and any other pertinent info
3. I will PM you back with my price.
4. If you approve of my price, you must PM me back with an approval to be placed in the purchase pool for your order.
5. Then you wait as other members add their orders to the purchase pool.
6. When the Purchase pool order reaches the minimum 300.00 requirement, I will PM each member that has a pending order in the purchase pool with a notice, and a request for your email address and shipping address.
7. I will email each member in the purchase pool with a payment request from my PayPal account. Texas residents pay 8% sales tax, because I am required to pay state sales tax for items sold to Texas residents.
8. I will then place the order.
9. I pay shipping from the supplier to me.
10. When I receive the order, the individual orders will be separated and packaged for shipping to the appropriate members.
11. Orders that I have received payment on will be shipped. Orders that I have not received payment on will be held until payment is made.
12. Members pay shipping from Lewisville, Texas to their location.
This is what I have at the moment. I am sure that changes will be made as I become aware of things that can be made better.
