Phat was very professional in the way the handled my order, BUT the lower belt gaurd I ordered was on back order. It took 9 weeks to get! They shipped the balance of my order almost, left one item out that was on the packing list. They did ship it with my belt gaurd 9 weeks later. They were friendly and helpful, but are sometimes at the mercy of their suppliers. I will give them another chance as they seem to be the lowest priced supplier I have found.

ultrastar: Is anyone planing on going to Star Days this year? its in Reno NV this year thats only about a 5 hour ride for me the last one I went to was in CO. a 2 day ride riding 80 + and 14 hour days
