I had one on my Royal Star Tour Deluxe and it was all that and more. I have the mustang on my roadie and it works good for me because I',m vertically challenged 5'7". I bought mine used from a guy that was six one... I am five ten point five in my boots. I have no problems and no ill effects when riding. I guess you need to find out how tall the person is when you see one for sale. I imagine there is a range for mass producing a pattern for assembly. If I was sure they were going to be this nice, I would have ordered mine with the blue Ostrich inlays, but because I wasn't sure that I wanted to spend almost a grand on seats not knowing if I would like them, I opted to have the 14 day return.
