I've never done business with them so I can't really comment. Just checked out their website and can't get any of their links to work, just the homepage. That's something that typically makes me look elsewhere. In this day and age of technology, it only takes a few seconds to find another place to shop online. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. Regards....greeny

ultrastar: Is anyone planing on going to Star Days this year? its in Reno NV this year thats only about a 5 hour ride for me the last one I went to was in CO. a 2 day ride riding 80 + and 14 hour days
