I just placed my first order from Phat - bought the forward controls. The price was unexpected -- very low. I am glad to hear the good reports on the service. I am always a little shaky the frist time with a company.

I posted too soon -- I ordered at 330pm EST; got my conformation in minutes; I just received the notification that the order shipped and will be here Thursday.
