It is sad that some businesses just don't get it. A satisfied customer will tell two or three people how happy they are with the product. But when they're unhappy with a product, they tell every one they know! I'll even help you out and tell every one I know how well DNA treated you!

Smoke--

You know that video you posted of the warped pulley in action? Post it on YouTube with the Headline "DNA Cycle - Buyer Beware", and do the same for Outlaw. Just make sure you use their actual company names. That way, whenever anyone does a web search for parts from either, there's the chance your video will come up.

You have the option to write a text description when you post, so briefly tell about your NINE MONTH ordeal of getting screwed. I guarantee you both companies search the Web for comments about their respective companies. Have fun with it & I hope the CC company sides with you on the refund!

Here's my thinking.
My credit card extends warranties by a year. If I buy something that has a year warranty then if I buy with my credit card then that warranty is doubled to 2 years.
Contact your credit card and see if you have the same thing.
Also I believe you have to get your money back one way or another even if it means charging it back to Outlaw. That's his prob, not yours. He is selling a crappy product backed by a crappy company.
He is as much at fault as DNA.

The customer isnt always right...but the customer is always the customer.
In these times a bad rep could be devastating to your biz.

You know, if you can't settle this, Will you still have all the parts? If you have a good set of rotors, I wonder if Greg can machine one of his HD blanks to hold the rotors and make this work for you... Just a thought.

I agree, in the end you need to do everything you reasonably can as a start, and in most cases going a little beyond that does wonders for your business and reputation

That needs to be a you tube video...as soon as you make it a you tube video, let use know and we will all post comments on DNA quality control and customer service.... It will help get attention.
