I pretty much did that already about 2 weeks ago. I guess one voice to someone in upper management didnt mean that much But as Jason has asked, let him try to get recourse first through them. Wouldnt want to piss someone off who pulls the plug on him getting any money back because of people calling and in effect strong arming them to do it.
