Actually when disputes come up like this, I have found the cc companies work very hard for the consumer, after all they WANT to keep you in debt and charging you interest every month, so a resolution in your favor keeps you cozy with them. From my past dealings with a situation somewhat similar, I think Jason has a better than 70% chance of coming out on top. (not to get your hopes up, but..)

I bet you that one of their workers wrecked their c.n.c. machine,and didn't tell anybody,I've had a problem with a vender we deal with at work and ended up going down to their shop and putting an dial indicator on the chuck myself to prove them wrong,on their T.I.R. after that we get a inspection report on all their tooling they do for us.
