Lots of good options here, I am going to look at that tomorrow, if I don't want to cut the stock bracket, which I probably won't, I'll either get another one, or make one from something.

That hurricane will be up here this weekend so I will be stuck in the garage while it rains...

You dont have to cut the bracket.I just bought a piece of stock angle aluminum from home depot and drilled a hole for the enricher assymbly and a hole to attach it via a small drilled hole to the same piece that the bracket attached to and polished it with 220 grit sand paper...Coug

I eliminated my pump a couple of weeks ago, and used the original bracket to make a solo choke mount out of it. Works good and looks great!

Just a few cuts and bends... used a hole already in it, and looks factory! I'm very pleased with the final results.

And I agree... fully exposed jugs look great!

There is nothing like a good set of Jugs

I finally have the bike around where I want it.

I did the float with a 2.5 assy.
I found that I have a 170 main.
I went in and moved the clip to the 4th grove
Took the fuel pump off.

The PMS is somewhere between 2 and 3.

I am really liking the way its acting now.

I want to thank everyone that has helped me in this, More help will be needed down the road I'm sure

Howie

I used the existing fuel mount bracket. Just cut it down and reweld. Paint it flat black an whamo! Looks totally stock and is super solid.

I'd like to show off my bikes jugs also! Why did Yami put an electric fuel pump on if it's not needed?
Are you guys running the fuel line straight from the tank to the carb then? Are you using an in-line filter? I checked the tech articles but didn't see the info there.

I'm going straight from the tank to the carb, so is everyone else, I did not put a filter in, I might down the road but for now, I'm not sure I need one.

The fuel pump is needed. At higher revs, the fuel bowl is too small to supply sufficient fuel and so the stock low pressure pump refills the bowl faster than it can be filled by gravity alone.

I use an inline fuel filter.

That makes perfect since to me, doc. So everybody who has eliminated there pump runs the chance of starving there engine of fuel when running at high rpm's? or hauling a$$?

So far it hasn't been an issue, and I have had that baby over 100. If I need a pump to go faster than it will go now something is wrong with me...lol.
