The road star came standard with a 33 tooth pulley from 99-03. From 04 on they have a 32 tooth pulley. For your 99, go for the 31T pulley, it will make you smile. I did the pipes, BAK, ported manifold, they made it run better with more power but the pulley made the biggest difference in taking off from a stop.
