either way will be the same feeling as stock because you are not changing the shock / spring. You will lose some cornering ability when you lower it. The adjustable can go to any varing height where as the flip is just the lowest setting. If you do lower you will probably want to upgrade your spring to a progressive spring so you don't bottom out. The stock spring is not enough for most people. (well fat guys like me at least
