Part of the rear suspension, there are two of them and they kinda resemble a dog bone...

This could be a preference or two completely diff things.
Just read the tech article about the adjustable dog bones. I like the idea and the ability to drop the desired amount.
I was getting ready to do the "flip" by reversing the relay and grinding it down so the shock/spring doesn't hit it.
I guess my question is, which one is a better way to lower and two, which way will keep the supension feeling the same as stock.

either way will be the same feeling as stock because you are not changing the shock / spring. You will lose some cornering ability when you lower it. The adjustable can go to any varing height where as the flip is just the lowest setting. If you do lower you will probably want to upgrade your spring to a progressive spring so you don't bottom out. The stock spring is not enough for most people. (well fat guys like me at least  )
