08 RS Has a Chrome cover hiding a part 1 Year ago  
This part is opposite side as the air filter, What is this part and can it be relocated? I want to clean up the look on that side....

I believe you're referring to the fuel pressure regulator. It hides under that cover.

I have mine wrapped and tucked under the tank.

Any tips on how you moved yours? Or did you just push it over? I posted on another forum and they told me to come here and knew that you have already done this. Thank you for any advise you can give me.

I just hunted for the last time I detailed the process and can't seem to find it, other than this one.

Once it's removed from the bracket, I just zip-tie it up under the tank. I made sure none of the lines were bent or pinched. I also wrapped the regulator in heat resistant foam. And, I wrapped the lines in a heat insulation material (details in the post link above). It's not going to get much air up there. So, you have to keep it cool.

It's not a hard mod and certainly cleans up the LH side of the motor.
