Does anyone make a baffle that can be opened or closed withoout removing it.

It would be like the cut-offs that were on the cars in the '60s

I don't know of such a product for the RS but that would be freaking cool!

I see 1600 pipes but no 1700s yet...a very cool idea but PRICEY!!! Now I am wondering if I do a Stage 3 and weld a butterflytype deal inside if I can accomplish near the same effect?!?!?!

SIGH...being technically challenged does have its drawbacks

As you said, you could probably accomplish the same thing using heavy duty wahers.

On the other hand, depending on how much you restrict the path of the exhaust gases you may have to 'tweak' when you change from 'full-open' to 'closed'.

When I ran my Nasties with the supplied baffle, I was jetted with a 172. When I put in my restrictive baffles I had to step down to a 170, and it's still too rich so I'm going to drop in a 167.5
