I believe 6". I put 4 1/2" pullbacks on mine and the brake line was a stretch. You have to reposition it a little to make it work.

My guess would be just about any. I have seen guys say they've used stock cables with 10" mini apes so id assume any risers should work. I'm sure if I'm wrong though someone will let you know

4in up 1 1/2 - 2" back. I used the Yamaha Medium risers the brake line will be tight but works loosen the banjo fitting just enough to rotate it not enough to let air in.

I had 6in pullback risers with stock handle bars and everthing was pretty tight ,I now have 8in straight risers with 32in drag bars and have plenty left on the cables.So obviously the type of bars will make a difference.BTW I love this setup.
