Just bought a ultimate seat ! All I can say is amazing this thing is awesome can't wait for a long ride. I know they are expensive but,bye far most comfortable seat I've ever sat on!

Yes bought a four piece set for my 2008 RS three years ago. Love it! I now have 50,000 miles on it. Still holding up good.

i got a used four piece set cheap on ebay and with how comfortable they are i would have paid full price and been happy

I scarfed an Ultimate off of eBay a couple of years back, when it was the very best available. I have been completely satisfied with it, though I haven't traveled the distances others have.

I've sat on an ED and I thinks it's even better, but I haven't stepped up to it yet.

If someone said they'd buy my Ultimate with studs for $200 shipped, I'd get a new ED.

I love my Ultimate seat setup as well, but I really bought it for my wife. The rear seat is amazing. I also sprang for the rider backrest, even though I always thought it made it look like an "old man bike". Maybe I'm turning in to an old man, because I don't know how I even rode without a backrest
