Questcap is right, the E.D. Is a step up in comfort and quality. Higher quality foam, carved out cushion to relieve pressure points, stainless steel hardware, uses oem mounting hardware for passenger seat, which provides more secure mounting over the one bolt that is used by ultimate. Also the passenger seat on the E.D. Has more support under the widest point of the passenger seat by using a wider base pan (not just cushion) which translates into more support for the cushion. This offers a more secure and comfortable riding experience.
That being said the ultimate is the second best seat money can buy, and there is a lot of happy customers.
I have rode on a ultimate and can confirm the differences between that brand and others, having owned most.
With Questcap selling his at that price someone is getting a good deal.
