New to the clinic 3 Months, 1 Week ago
I bought my Roadstar last year after being without a bike for 13 years. My last bike was a 1984 Harley FLHS. I really loved that bike and missed it too. The Roadstar looks a lot like the '84 FLHS. Rides better though. More Ummph! I recently turned over 10,000 miles on my roadie. I just did the stage 1 modification over the weekend and love the sound and what seems to be some extra power to the already powerful 102" motor. It seems though that it uses a little more gas than it did before the mod. Any comments or suggestions in this area would be helpful. Thanks

Beetle!
Check out the tech section on more info about setting up your R* if you only modified your stock pipes you shouldn't have to do anything until you change to a BAK

Usually its the twisties, twisting the throttle to listen to the new sound...
check the wrist and see if it comes back...
When I did the pipes and air box, it seemed to loose a little than I got the throttle back under normal use and all was the same as before. with the addition of about 6 more horse and 7 ft lb of TQ.

good luck and
