Well hello just brushed the snow off difficult to type with gloves on.Seriously have been reading articles from this site for the last couple of months,I am amazed by all the free help advice and comradely amongst star owners!Great stuff!I returned to riding this summer after a 22 year absence due to a motorcycle accident with a cage.The absence was not due to physical injury but mental paranoia that all cage operators wish to add a notch to their steering wheel.Anyhow started this spring with a [dont laugh out loud] 650 silverado then three weeks later a brand new 1100 silverado which i was riding when i passed this 2003 roadstar silverado parked with a for sell sign smiling at me.May i suggest harley riders wake up trade your fatboy and purchase the most beautiful bike out there!Ok now that i am finished brown nosing may I apologise to all members for posting "MAXAIR" question in the wrong category.Wont happen again!

TWOSTROKE !!! I too had taken a 20 year absense from riding. Just got back in the saddle a few years ago after having a heart attack and getting two stents in the ticker. I figured it was time to start living again. So I got the best bike on earth. Got the old lady a V-Star 1100, my son a Suzuki Boulevard and myself the Roadie. 38,000 miles already on my 06 and still going strong. Just regular maint. with no breakdowns. When ya get some time check out some of my old posts on the clinic about me being the Road* test pilot. Basiclly I have done some pretty unimangible things to my beast to see what she can take. It is indestuctable. Shoot I got a little long winded here. Take Care and Ride safe. OSO  |
