Exhaust 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Good to find this site . Just traded off my Vstar 1100 For an 04 RS with 19000 KM . It has Stock Exhaust and I ordered a set of Cobra Slip on Slash Cuts and the Dyna Jet Kit . THEN I saw all that Stage 1 2 and 3 Exhaust Mod info here and am wondering if I made a good choice . The Cobra Slip ons are not too expensive , Has anyone Tried them and what do you think of them .
Thanks !

Got Shogun Classics myself. I ran the stock w/stage 2 prior to these but I like the after market pipes better. It's a personal choice.

I have the same exhaust as the original poster. I had my brother in law remove the baffles and man are they loud. After trying about 5 different exhaust, in my opinion, these have the best sound of anything that I have tried. Personally I love them. Hope you are happy with yours

Welcome!!! Exhaust is a personal thing, just as seats. Most likely the cobras will be louder than stage 2. You can go to stage 3 if you like! I recommend doing one stage at a time and then take a listen
