What Java meant is to search the forums for the topics on gas guages. There are a few and it seems to be a common bug on these bikes. Look up at the top right of the page and see a text box that reads "search forum" and the go button next to it. Put "gas guage" in that box and go from there.

Papa Bear: with a new battery installed, i get all lights and electronics functioning when I push the starter button, but only a click. No starter rotation at all. Prognosis please? Papa Bear
