If you still have stock pipes you will hear everything. Usually a loose belt will chirp on the rear pulley. They do make a whistle/whine noise at the times you described. I am very familiar with these sounds, but mine only occurs with the throttle off and the engine decelerating the bike. It's a high-pitched squeal very loud going down a steep mountain pass it squeals continuously. Your drive belt is too loose you should only be able to twist it 45 degrees when grasped half way between the pulleys. When you adjust it measure from the center of the swing arm bolt to the center of the rear axle. Both side should measure the same and if you can only twist the belt 45 degrees it is adjust correctly. Don't worry about getting the belt to track in the middle of the rear pully it will never stay where you put it.
