I have participated in several threads and never took the time to introduce myself. My name is Ron and I live in Pahrump, Nevada. For those of you who don't know where that is - have you heard of the Chicken Ranch or Sheri's Ranch. That's here. Kinda old school here. Prostitution and open carry of a weapon is legal. Not too many places you see a sign on the senior center "no weapons allowed". Vegas has a Bordello Poker Run here a couple times a year. Draws a big turnout. Don't know why. I had 3 harleys prior to getting my 07 midnight star and I love it. No comparison in the handling. Spent many years riding, but mostly dirt in my younger years. You guys are great. I have to admit that I am addicted to RSC now. If anybody ever makes it to Pahrump, let me know. Sheri's has a GREAT sports bar.

Yeah, I wonder why the Bordello Poker Run is popular!!! 
Let us know when the next one comes up - I'm in!! (pun-intended)

Ron, This is a great site. Very well moderated when need be, but most everyone here is just helpful and kind -- a true rarity on the Internet!
There's massive amounts of tech info, too. Just about anything you want to do to your bike has already been written about here.
I have an '07 midnight as well. Curious to hear about yours and see pics. New, used, how many miles, stock, mods?
