Hi all, Just joined, a friend has one and I was hoping to find a good site for answers. I do a lot on bikes and am a member on several. I ride a V-star, and do most of my own work on her. He is having the fuel gauge thing, took it to a shop....they have had it for 2 weeks! So looking for pics and tips to do it . Ride safe Sparkett

from Michigan,fuel gauge is not difficult if you are changing the sending unit 2leaking weeks is a long time to keep it for service

from Ohio. I swapped out the fuel sending unit in 20 minutes. No reason for a shop to keep it that long but....dont get me started. Pull the tank .. 2 screws hold the unit in the bottom of the tank... Pull it out, put the new one in... replace tank.
