Sorry to hear about your dad  There isn't anything corny or selfish about feeling close to your dad while riding his bike. That's a strong bond. He'll be riding with you always. |

Hey there Guys!! My name is Harry, I'm 57 y.o. I live in Ocala, Fl. I have an 05 roadie that I ride every chance I get. I've been with the St.Petersburg Fire Department for 33 years. Have been commuting form Ocala to St Pete for about 4 years every third day. I will be leaving the fire department (not retiring,a career change) within the next 13 months. Been taking classes here in Ocala at the state fire college to get an inspector certification and hopefully find a job in the next 13 months. (Gotta keep making the house payments ya know). I enjoy very much the knowledge here, and the cutting up you guys do.

Thanks Musky! This site has a lot of awesome information and good people. About 6 months ago I had to replace the front pulley (the nut was loose) and the middle shaft. Between this site and a friend at the dealership I was able make the repair myself and save about $300.00. On occasion I will put my 2 cents in here on the site if I have had some experience with the topic.

HI everyone. I'm 43, married w/5 boys. 3 are in the service (1 marine,1 sailor,1 soldier) I love MCs. I have a 2003 Road*, a 97 CBR 600 (for the kid in me) and my sons 82 cb750c taking up space in my 1 car garage. It makes it a real job to make your way through to get to the back to get a tool I'm a maintenance tech for an apartment complex(600 units). Thanks to everyone for all your knowledge. I've already strenghthened the rear fender, put longshots back on after finding a leak in the header pipe(suggested by Musky),removed AIS. and planning on installing a headlight modulator and tail light flasher when I get them. THANKS AGAIN. I really enoy this forum.
