Hi Riders

My name is Spencer and I am going to be 40 this year

I have been riding street since I was 15 had my first street bike towed by a cop and left me on the side of the road because I didnt even have a drivers license yet

I own a Insurance agency in Seattle Area and road stars are only about 18.00 a month full coverage great deal

I also own a Construction company that keeps me very busy

And cant wait for the nice weather to get back out riding

Wrenching on my bike is my favorite hobbby I will never take it to a tech and never have

I have a 05 R* and it is running great and I am getting 54 MPG and runs better than stock , Stock I think I got around 37 MPG

Love this site

I am Allan, 45 years old and I own 2 bikes. A 2005 Honda VTX1300R and a 2006 Yamaha RoadStar Midnight Silverado. I am a plant operations 1st Grade Stationary Engineer for about 25 years. I recently graduated for my bachelors degree in business administration and working on my graduate degree.

I recently bought the Yamaha and gave the VTx to the wife so I am waiting for her to finish the BSR and start riding. We have 3 kids. 2 (age 20 and 26 boys/men) have moved out of the house and our little darling is only 2 years old. I am also a (class A)licensed skydiver. So if I am not riding I am jumping.

I am always looking for ways to work on my bike to ensure it performs well and learning new things. Some of you on here have already taught me provided me with some valuable information. I look forward to being helpful as I learn more things and if I come across something, then I will pass it on.

Re:Please introduce yourselves!! - Again 8 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Hi to all,
I have been a reader for some time and just recently joined. I am 40 and something, I forget. I've been a rider for only 5 years. Live in La Crosse, WI and this is the longest I have been off the bike in the last 5 years I will and have riden in the sand and salt, I just clean up after, but won't ride on ice, wrong tires for that.

I bought my 2001 R* with 6700mi on it and now it's 40 something also. This bike has been very dependable and no real problems. NOW It is included in the recall and I will be taking it in as soon as I know I can get on it and ride a bunch of miles when it's done. Once that is good I have Pipes, Pulley, and Air waiting to go on,(one at a time)
SOON the weather will turn and to help keep me sane I have a 2003 Vulcan Classic to cool off on.

Thank You to all at this site for the good information I have picked up this far and Be Safe,Have Fun.
