I wasn't crazy enough to be fast..lol. My brother raced years before he broke his back. Now he owns a small cycle repair shop and his following is basically motocross bikes and 4 wheelers. I felt the same way you did once. I even made fun of the guys on Goldwings, Now I an a bit jealous of them..lol. They may be a nice ride when everything is going right; but they are a major pain in the a** to work on. I have done a little work on Goldwings that have been early 80's; if anyone shows up wih a late model one I will tell them to go somewhere else! It would be more trouble to change the front tire on a late Goldwing than the rear tire on anything else that I know of!
