Nice job! Maybe next time you should try using some brighter colors!

I think the air cleaner is my favorite!

I also want you to know that I have given serious thought to finding someone who would be willing to trade my shovelhead for another R* so I could set on up similar to what you did.

How about some more info and pics of the shovel!

Mr C I knew that air cleaner would be your favorite part!! So you think I should have gone with brighter colors huh?
As for my 72 shovelhead. It started out as a basket case. In my words I called it my bastard case. I got a frame, engine block with fly wheels, new trans case, new box with rev tech gears. From there it took 4 years to build it. I had to buy everything new from shims to oil pump to cam etc etc. I built the trans first and then started on the motor. Heads alone cost $900.00 It's a 98ci motor with a 4spd. The gas tank is for a softail and I welded mounts to make it fit my frame. Pro One billet front end, custom made seat. All braided lines. Lets just say I put more money then sense into that bike and I will never get back what I put into her other then the joy of saying I truly built that bike. Lots of guys can say that but they didn't build their motors & transmissions.

Danny
