The wait is finally over! 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago
after over 3 weeks my Ultimate seat arrived today I have to work so I have only taken a 25mile ride and so far it feels good. I am looking forward to a longer ride on Monday (150mile test)Very well made nice job. I do NOT like the way it looks on my bike compared to my corbin BUT, I would rather be comfortable on a long ride than look cool with a really sore backside

BTW I also ordered the fork lock from No Pork and the Baron's adjustable PMS screw.....cause I STILL can't leave it alone

Hate to see you tripping over that old Corbin. Send it to me and I'll store it for you.

It really isn't the snappiest looking seat around for sure, but these days I'm not much concerned about that any more. You'll love it during that ride Steven. I've already found that fork lock to be handy. One of those things you kick yourself for not thinking about it first.

Re:The wait is finally over! 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Well did my 120 mile ride yesterday to "test out" the Ultimate and I am NOT impressed! at about 100 miles my butt was numb. I can't tell if it is really Better than my comfort cruise or not. I hate how wide it is at the tank compared to my CC too. I stop and my legs are like 6 feet out I dunno if it needs to be "broke in" or what but, no matter how I sit on it it's not that much more comfortable What is killing me is right where the Ultimate logo is it's thin on the foam and thats where I hurt... I haven't heard ANYONE complain about the seat EVERYONE says they loved it "best seat ever" Guess I'm the odd man out.
I'm gonna keep it though I think it's a bit better than my CC and maybe I get used to it
I research for a couple of months and NO ONE said anything negative other than it moved them forward a bit.
Oh wells

Hey Steven
Even though you are the only (or first) to not like something about your seat, everything I have read about the Ultimate folks they would want to know and make you happy. It might just be a little rearranging inthe foam( we are all stacked a little different) At least give them a chance to make every customer a happy one! Hey your butt might fall in love with the results worth a try at any rate.

That's the problem with getting a seat based on someone elses backside.
