Rotation, Ratio, load on the tranny. Have you figured all this out? Man I'd still be taking it apart. It's gonna be cool.

Yeah,

The transfer case is a 1:1 ratio...
still dealing with some alignment issues...
The front pulley can can be adjusted in or out about 3/8
of an inch...and I have some adjustment in the rear.
Actually,to keep the rear frame section from being offset severly to the right side to allow for the belt drive, I am going to shave the right side of the rear hub behind the pulley to bring the pulley in closer to the tire and allow less of a frame offset...about 5/8 of an inch removed after I pull out the studs and re-tap the holes...then I'll have room for my caliper mounting bracket on the left side of the wheel...at that point I can adjust the alignment precisely.

Pictures as they are available.

Re:Official Warstar Thread...the build. 2 Months ago
Rear hub and pulley update...

I just got my hub back after it's sexual encounter with a CNC machine...

Here are some pictures...before and after. (Not during)

This allows closer pulley to wheel placement...and gives me some room to slide the rear tire to the right side. The inside of the pulley was shaved 1/8, then stepped off...the rest was pulled from the hub...also eliminating the small needle bearing that usually resides in the hub...the wheel bearing itself should carry the load. Half-moons were also cut into the mating surface to allow the washers to set flat in the bolt holes...new allen heads will bolt the pulley to the hub.

Warstar my idea of a custom build is new wheels ,seat, maybe custom paint and some more chrome. To go full bore rebuild must take a lot of guts, confidence or insanity. Not to mention the redesign of transfer case or the total removal of it. My Hat goes off to you as I've always wanted to do a full custom but not sure I have all the skills required.
I'm impressed to say the least.
