Custom Thunder Header? How- cost- specifics MAN!!! ...please... Welcome to the show. Looks like you're an experienced Star child already.

Yes NOTHD, I am already an "experienced STAR child".

Not only have I ridden motorcycles since way back in 19 & 75, I have ridden my particular STAR model since she was brand new, straight off the showroom floor in 1999. We been together quite a while, actually. Longer then some "human relationships" with chicks. We're talking past tense here as I am too old for young-uns anymore. Not to mention the wife would hunt me down and, well, U know.

Custom THUNDERHEADER? Yes. Absolutely! I was at a local bike rally for a local dealer one day. I happened to hear some guy close by fire up his scoot. When I heard it I turned to look at it thinking I was gonna see an HD. Nope. I saw a ROADIE. I walked up and introduced myself and asked the guy where he got his headers. He told me some local shop was making them for around $650 so, I bit and jumped at it. Look real close at my sigpic and you can see the two into one I have.

They're nice man. Real head turners when you "rap" em.

Ride Safe......

Thank you for the "attaboy". Appreciated.

The flames are vinyl stick on flames from a company that recently went belly up.

This company ( http://www.edecals.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=edecals&Product_Code=FLM621 ) is NOT the company I got mine from. But, since I have been getting compliments on them I thought it'd be nice to provide you guys an alternative to expensive paint jobs.

With this "kit" a guy can flame his scoot in an hour for around $150 bucks!

Ride Safe......
