Discounting the issue with the bushing & cap end mount, it still took me about 5 hours. Much of it was figuring out where I wanted to put the switch and trying to find somewhere other than under the seat for the pump. I think I'll move it to the swing arm pivot tube next time I have the rear wheel removed. I said it could take an hour for Makcap since he already has the pump placement figured out.

If you do something often enough you can be both efficient and fast. I use to 4x4 a lot on a pure slate at 65 to 70 degree angles and mud runs. I was to the point I could pull a donor engine and my engine place the donor and be running in eight hours. Not by my self just one other guy we did 8 engines between us in two years. All while listening to them darn frogs

This winter I plan on redoing my wiring by master wire guy MS1700. Shhhhh he doesn't know that yet I need a power strip and a good stator come on electro sport.

Paul you going to the dragon with us weekend run in Sept. or Oct. will let you know.

Doc I know what you are saying about their instruction sheet. Diagram it I feel like two trains are traveling two speeds and well they might crash. I have the remote in the mix so that is a diagram yeah!

What do you guys think since I lower the front two" should get really low. Rob didn't really say when I asked I'M thinking a skid plate isn't a bad idea

Let me know about the dragon, I still have a few vacation days stashed away. As for the skid plate, I'm going to be working on something for that. I want it to be clean, so it may take a month of so to come up with something. I'll be in touch.

RH:

Every time I see your bike, it reminds me of last Summer before I started modding mine.
And, really why I bought it in the first place. That's a good looking bike...

There was an instruction sheet!

The pic was useless but the wiring diagaram was useful.

I also put mine on the swingarm but used high density foam shape to the swingarm and pump .... just didn't like the metal to metal contact. Still trying to figure out the horn (that's where I had my horn) as the two won't fit behind the battery ... I think I may need to get a smaller one.

My solenoid is under the seat ... it fits prefectly into the hole in the frame on the left side where the wires come up from the fuse box. This way I have access to the valve ... although now that it's set I don't know why I'd touch it again.

Switch is temporarily dangling until I figure out a permanent solution.
