Looks great man, I'm planning on doing something similar when I get done with my current build. Why not chop up the rear fender, put on a side mount lic plate, and hang some blinkers/tailights off the sides? Will be a lot cleaner and not too expensive.

It's been a somewhat productive day. The bike is alive (ITS ALIVE!!!) again. Sounds fantastic too!!!

Here was the parts list for the day...

Here are the AIS plugs and the chopped front brake line brackets...

Much cleaner brake line brackets...

The fuel pump relocation kit...

And installed...

And here is what she looks like today...

...just need the banjo fittings for the front brake line, tag bracket, integrated tailight, and front triple tree cover and it will be road ready. The project isn't complete, but at least I can ride it.

Next items...
Lowering the rear
New Seat
Remove front rotor covers
Clean those nasty spokes
and more.

A little time, wire wheel, and some paint can make a world of difference on rusty looking bolts...

Yup, did the same thing on mine. Now they're coming out for polished ones.

Is there a wesite for ordering fasteners you guys are using. My local guys are horrible and what they do have they want a fortune for. I would like to replace alot of bolts on here with button head stainless & chrome with either an Allen or Torx head.

Chrome and stainless hardware and bolt covers in all shapes and sizes:

www.allensfasteners.com

www.boltdepot.com

I usually use allens, they seem to have a better selection. Only thing that sucks is the minimum shipping charges but they are still way cheaper than Harley Davidson or Sears.
