In the "image code" you almost had it. There are some misplaced letters in sequence.

On the first one, you had {img size=150} at the end, where you only need {/img} The second one you needed the {img size=150} at the start, the /i just inside the square brackets needed to be removed, and at the ed you need to remove the mg from the end of the square brackets. Looks more like you had a copy and paste error than anything.
