DNA Mammoth 52 spokes..check out http://www.ldcustombikewurks.com/wheelconversion.htm and you'll get an idea of what you need to do.

Ok, here's what I'm doing... So far, added lowering brackets for the saddlebags and one of Landon's grab bars. Went solo, and of course, it changes the whole look of the bike!

How did you mount those bags? I love the Heritage look too.
All I did was drill the rivets out of the stock HD mounts and remove them. Then I bought stock R* brackets, which surprisingly fit perfectly to the plastic backing on the bags. There's a small 'bump-out' on the back of the bags that allows them to 'hang' on the bottom of the brackets. After centering them on the brackets, I just drilled new holes through the plastic backing and bolted them up with some fender washers. Looks pretty clean inside the bags too. I just used a little black silicone to disguise the holes from the stock rivets. It turned out pretty good and was just as easy as I had hoped!!
