According to the maker, they are roughly copied from the 1997-2003 H-D Heritage Springer. I have them mounted with a set of Edge (Ghost) brackets. They are just the look I wanted but as far as function goes you have 3 belts to unclip then a zipper to open. I would rather have a set of Venture hardbags. Just push a button and open up. I love the heritage bags but i want them even more flat hahaha. ajbonner your bike played a big role in making me have to go and switch things up.
