Congrats, looks like you had fun. Welcome to the club

BTW this is not criticism but don't hang your bell off the bottom frame rails you don't want to scrape it off on anything

It's funny but thats where mine is. Everytime the front tire picks up a stone and rings it, it reminds me I've got some best wishes with me

I have lost one and so has my Uncle this way. But I still have them on the frame rail I think they are supposed to be mounted low, aren't they?

Scooter,
Thanks for sharing, you have brought back a flood (I'm so old these are Noah type floods) of memories. Getting my first bike (those fat tire honda 70 trail bikes), my first bike I hated - but still possess ('80 honda scooter 150cc?), my first bike I couldn't afford and couldn't get let go (GSXR1100), and my favorite bike: MY (made last payment this week-waiting on title) '02 R*.

Wishing you copious fun rides, an overabundance of open road and abounding smiles coupled with a plethora of fond memories.

Uncle Ed

If you look at my sig pic you will see mine right behind the forks. IMHO it's better to have it higher up and keep it than lower and maybe lose it when you need it

Kinda like guns and condoms. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it

Here's hoping you have great and safe rides!

After seeing those pics, I realized that's been awhile since I rode on the right side of the street.
