Looking good! That's my plan as well, black out everything a little at a time.

Yes it is a stock rear fender.

Here is are a couple "butt" shots, they are from before I did all the powdercoating and changed the pipes, but the tail still looks the same until I get around to blacking out that tail/signal housing.

What pipes are those? I have V&H Longshots, wondering if those Corbin bags will work with my pipes??

What model Corbin bags are they? I really like the look of them; do they hold quite a bit?

If you look the pictures of the rear end that I posted those are V&H longshots on the bike, they are just wrapped. What I went with was a set of 3" Roadburners and they just barely fit.

I wanted to do the flip and drop the rear some, but no can do with my roadburners. The V&H's however fit with room to spare.

The bags are called "Beetle bags" and they are the only style Corbin makes for our bikes. Make sure you are sitting down though when you look at the price.

I love them, they hold alot more than they look like because of the long corners, however had I not gotten them with the bike, I cant say that I would drop over a grand on them, compared to some nice other custom bagger setups.

I really like the look of those Beetle Bags, however, I'm pretty sure I cannot afford them.
Been thinking about getting the Mutazu, but they're not quite as good looking, I like them, but the Corbins do look better.

Are there any other bags that would look as good without breaking the bank?

Honestly I love the dual tour seat. Never been a huge fan of Corbin seats in the past, but I just took a 500 mile trip last weekend with that seat, and its the first time I have not wanted to stop due to butt numbness.

Granted I havent tried out the Mustang, ErDody, or any other of the more reputable long haul seats on here, but the Corbin definitely gets my thumbs up so far.

Well now I am working on the Kuryakyn Tail light combo. the chrome on that is literally peeling off like paper, what crap.

Soon as I get all the guts out of it, I will powdercoat it as well, and post some pics on here.
