Many years ago I had a bike with a Vetter fairing (remember those?) I never got used to the "fixed" headlight. I have always preferred the fork mounted headlight. Aside from that I thought it was a very functional fairing. There been quite a surge in the bagger mags coverage of roadglides. I would think it would cut through the air better with out so much handlebar effort like the windshield or batwing. Before ya sell it can ya give us a quick review on wind protection, buffeting, etc with the Roadglide fairing. Have not had it on a long ride yet, just down some local roads. Did not notice a big difference from the windshield. The fairing sits more forward than my windshield; seems like it would be a reach for the stereo controls.
