I found these wheel covers at Hellrisercustoms.com .They are Custom World International wheel covers. P/N 04/500 and cost about $215.00 for the front wheel cover only.

i had one on the my rear wheel. the PO put it on to give it more of a softail look. i removed it & cleaned it up when i went with the retro paint scheme, sold it to another RSC member for about $100. he good a pretty good deal since they're $215 brand new & i got rid of something that would have collected dust.

yeah mine were sitting collecting dust too...so Rev was here and his front tire was one of those almost pops ( zero tread )...my tire with the covers still had good tread on them...so I just gave it to Rev cause his front tires would not stand another ride...they were just collecting dust anyway...and they really look good on Rev's bike.
