Can you analyze my rear brake pads/rotor? (pics) 1 Month, 1 Week ago

I was looking at my rear pads today and they look awful thin for me, but I'm not sure how thin is too thin for motorcycles. Also, how does my rotor look? I don't have any noise coming from them when I brake or ride, but they just look pretty thin to me.
Also, are brake pads on scooters like cars in the sense that they start to squeal when they need to be replaced? Thanks.

Pads look about half wore. Good for a while. Rotor is fine. No noise till metal on metal. Just keep an eye on them. BB

The factory original pads have wear slots down the middle of them... if you don't see any slot left, they're all done.
I have a low mileage '01, and just inspected my pads the other day... there was a lot of deep slot left in the pads telling me they had lots of life left in them still.
Look for the slots.

A couple of weeks ago I installed the fourth rear tire on my bike and replaced the rear pads for the first time. Mileage was 36,600.
