Do these "trippers" work?

I am weary of setting at lights until someone finally pulls up behind me.... usually I will just run the light - if I think I can get away with it.

I've got the Signal Sorcerer G-4 on my scoot, and it trips the gate in my development that uses the same loops as older traffic light systems use. Our lights are controlled by sensors mounted on the cross poles, so I don't know definitely if it would work with the older light system or not, but I imagine it would

Ever since I've owned what the media called a "plastic" gun, plastic parts that used to be metal are all right by me until proven otherwise. So far, no leaks with the plastic washers. I'll keep an eye on things and report if things go all drippy on me.
