Ummm...I think you found it...the keyhole.

There isn't any overflow valve on the tank to let gas out.

I think I will be taking the roll-over valve out of my vent line so it can properly vent. If I am laying on some road bleeding I'm really not going to care about loosing a couple of gal of gas anyway! and if the bike falls over for what ever reason I will just pick it back up and go get my hernia operation

I don't know if you were planning on taking out just the valve & laving the tank vent line, or plan on taking out the entire line. I just read on another thread here that someone had the bright idea of removing the entire tank vent line, and taking apart a little foam paint brush & slipping the brush head over the valve neck on the tank & zip-tying it in place to make a little filter. I don't really have the need, but it sounded like an interesting idea...
