Man! You gotta stay out of those rivers you got down under...

But, seriously, how's your weather down there...? Do you have a lot of cool muggy nights where a lot of condensation can build up?
You could have condensation if your bike has been sitting a lot and the weather changes a lot from warm and humid to cool and muggy...
Beyond that, there's not too many ways to get water into the oil...
