Well depending on how much oil was in the cylinder and if it was to come up on the compression stroke first you could bend a piston rod, blow head gasket etc.. if all thing played out just perfect. What is perfect? In short....Condition of engine, starting system, other cylinder/s have plug wires attached, ect... and engine cranks over fast and/or actualy runs on other cylinder/s for moment to cause enough force to do some damage. It's not very common at all..but very possible since I have seen it a few times in the 30+ years around the industry.

Check the few things mentioned first and then get back to us.

DON1989: I bought me a 2008 road star silverado 1700 on new years day road it home about 18 miles when it was about 35 outside and still loved it!!! also pretty excited about finding this site
