Yea my fix went all day with no blow off too. Ran like a champ! Should have done it sooner.

Well I'll be darn !!, I thought I was the only one that had happened to. I asked alot of people who own Road Stars, if this had ever happened to them. "Never heard of it happening", was their responce.
I was at a down cafe late at night when I tried starting her up and nothing. Just kept turning, but would not start.
I had to call a tow service to get her home. The next day, I started going through fuses, wires, gas filter, sending unit, so many thing on my Road Star, can't recall every thing I looked at.
I changed out the spark plugs, checked to see if gas was getting to the carb, when a friend came by and sat down on a box I was sitting on near the carb side of the Road Star. I explained for about 15 minutes everything I had done in order to get her started but had no luck.
I started telling my friend that I was probably going to have to rebuild the carburator when he reached and grabbed the carb, said; "this feels lose", pushed back in and said; "try it now". Yep!!, She started up like before. Man, was I a Happy Camper!!
The "O" Ring was very, very lose.

It's not "what" you ride, it's "that" you ride.
